We are recruiting for both tracks. EMI handles all scheduling, billing, parent communications and student acquisition. Your role is to show up and facilitate.
Previously marked for AQA, Edexcel or Cambridge CAIE. Deep mark-scheme authority is the foundation of the EMI examiner track. (Track A)
Previously marked for a board and maintain subject expertise. Deep mark-scheme knowledge is the core qualification.
Qualified teachers with significant GCSE/A-Level delivery experience who can demonstrate mark-scheme level subject knowledge.
AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge CAIE markers all welcome. Board specialism is matched to the appropriate pod type at onboarding.

Every session follows the same four-phase structure, mapped to a specific paper and past examination question. Nothing is improvised. Nothing is generic. The examiner report informs every decision in the room.

The facilitator identifies which approaches the examiner rewards and which are penalised. Your method is calibrated to the mark scheme in real time. |
| 10 min | 💬 Open Forum | Your questions from Discord — the highest-voted problems from the cohort answered live. Nothing prepared. The session ends when the most pressing question is resolved. Overnight questions submitted before the session are always included. |
