Our IGCSE facilitators are graduates with strong subject backgrounds, trained specifically in examiner-informed methodology for Cambridge CAIE, Edexcel and OxfordAQA — not generic tutoring.
Every facilitator application is assessed against our five-stage quality framework. Selection is rigorous. Not all applicants are accepted. This standard is the mechanism through which we maintain examination performance outcomes across a growing facilitator bench.
Minimum Honours degree in the subject facilitated, with strong IGCSE-level subject knowledge. Assessed via subject knowledge test and trial workshop before appointment.
12-hour minimum induction before first live session. Covers EMI examination methodology, board-specific examiner orthodoxy, workshop facilitation skills, Discord moderation protocols, and safeguarding compliance.
First three workshops observed by a senior facilitator. Written feedback within 48 hours. One observed session per term thereafter.
Three-question pulse survey after every workshop. Any facilitator averaging below 4/5 for two consecutive sessions enters structured support.
Monthly facilitator team meetings. Annual structured review against student outcome data as it becomes available.
Enhanced DBS clearance required before first session. Safeguarding training completed before working with minors. All facilitators acknowledge the Online Conduct Policy and are bound by it.
As Exam Mastery International grows, the standard of facilitation your child receives in month 12 must be at least as high as month 1. That requires a formal quality assurance framework — not an assumption that good hiring is enough.
