Exam Mastery International is a division of Nexus Education Group ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it transparently, lawfully, and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Enquiry and registration data: name, email address, phone number, country, exam board, subjects, year group — collected when you contact us or register for a trial or subscription
- Payment data: processed by PayPal; we do not store card details
- Workshop participation data: session attendance, questions submitted, performance data shared within the workshop
- Communication data: WhatsApp messages, Discord messages, email correspondence
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time on site — collected via cookies and analytics tools
- Feedback data: survey responses, testimonials (where explicitly provided for publication)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver workshop services and manage your subscription
- To send session reminders, recordings, and relevant educational communications
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
- To improve our services through analysis of usage patterns
- To meet our safeguarding obligations
- To comply with legal requirements
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not use your data to send unsolicited communications unrelated to Exam Mastery International services.

- Masterclass recordings: minimum 90 days; longer where a safeguarding record is required
