Exam Mastery International is a division of Nexus Education Group ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it transparently, lawfully, and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Enquiry and registration data: name, email address, phone number, country, exam board, subjects, year group — collected when you contact us or register for a trial or subscription
Payment data: processed by PayPal; we do not store card details
Workshop participation data: session attendance, questions submitted, performance data shared within the workshop
Communication data: WhatsApp messages, Discord messages, email correspondence
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time on site — collected via cookies and analytics tools
Feedback data: survey responses, testimonials (where explicitly provided for publication)
3. How We Use Your Data
To deliver workshop services and manage your subscription
To send session reminders, recordings, and relevant educational communications
To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
To improve our services through analysis of usage patterns
To meet our safeguarding obligations
To comply with legal requirements
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not use your data to send unsolicited communications unrelated to Exam Mastery International services.

Monthly plans
Monthly enrolments can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. No forms. A single WhatsApp message or email is sufficient.
7-day refund guarantee
If you are not satisfied after your first Masterclass, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid Masterclass. No questions asked. We process refunds within 3 working days.
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid upfront. The 7-day refund guarantee applies from the date of your first Masterclass. Beyond that window, annual plans are non-refundable except where EMI cannot provide a suitably qualified Examiner-Led Facilitator or cancels the programme — in which case a pro-rata refund is issued.
Free trial & school trials
The individual free trial Masterclass and school trials carry no charge and no refund process applies.
